Jet Spa Repair at the Lagoon Pool

We have just been informed by the building management that the pending Jet Spa Repair at the Lagoon Pool will begin Monday, January 14th and run thru Wednesday, March 13th. While the exact dates of the closure of the Lagoon Pool is still being determined, we anticipate there will be at least a partial closure. During this time we will make every effort to keep you (or your guest) in either the Ocean Tower, or in the Beach Tower on the opposite side of the Lagoon Pool.
The Lap Pool and Jet Spa will remain open during the entire duration of this project.

Since the notice of this disruption is so short, the Building Management has created an accelerated schedule which has shortened the time line. As such, we have been informed that construction shall commence Monday thru Saturday 8am-6pm. We regret that this notice did not come with a more comfortable lead time, and encourage you to let us know ahead of time how we can best take care of you to create a more comfortable stay.
Alternatively, you may ask for our Hard Hat Special which will give you a room on the construction side of the Beach Tower. Our Hard Hat Special will give you 35% off our Best Available Rates PLUS two (2) Nanea Hale “Happy Cups” (these bottomless cups entitle you to unlimited soft drinks at the Nanea Hale Beach Bar & Activities, and can be upgraded for a fee to well drinks).
