Fitness / Wellness Initial Orientation
All interested owners and guest can begin with a complimentary initial consultation. This 30 minute appointment includes a brief review of medical history, goal setting and instruction in the proper use of the exercise equipment. To ensure the safety and to protect our equipment, we strongly recommend that all take advantage of the initial consultation.
Personal Training
One-on-one exercise sessions benefit both the individual who has never exercised, as well as the professional athlete. Our personal trainers are trained in specific areas including weight loss, sports performance, endurance, body toning and pre- and post natal.
Fitness Classes
Our own Total Body Fitness Class is taught every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturdays. Check in time is at 7:45am. Class will start promptly at 8:ooam and finish at 8:50am.
Pilates
Pilates will transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Founded on the work of Joseph Pilates, the Pilates method builds strength in the core muscles of the body without building excess bulk thereby creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. The Pilates method teaches body awareness, good posture and movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion and can help alleviate back pain.

Tropical Water Fitness
The Tropical Water Fitness class was created by David Wicker who is a licensed and certified personal trainer and muscle tone specialist. In David’s water fitness classes he uses the water resistance of the pool to tone the back of your arms, legs, stomach and rear. This class is great for weight loss, muscle tone and increasing range of motion. You can learn it here and then do the exercises at home or in any pool! Classes will be held at the Fitness Lap Pool located right outside of the fitness center every Monday and Wednesday. Class will start promptly at 12PM and finish at 12:45PM.
Massage
Massage has been used in relaxation, tension reduction and therapeutically in the treatment of aches, pain and injuries for thousands of years. Psychological studies show that treatments involving nurturing touch satisfy our basic human need to be nurtured. Prevention of injuries can be optimized by keeping massage as a regular part of your body maintenance routine. Many people receive a weekly massage for general maintenance of mind and body.
